This area is considered the most expensive real estate in the city of Tustin. A large majority are single family homes with only a few number of townhomes. The last neighborhood we go over for consideration is the Arcada community. Located inside Browning Ave., Irvine Blvd., Jamboree Rd. and the Santa Ana 5 Freeway it is really close to Tustin Sports Park, Tustin Ranch Golf Club, Heritage Park, and Laurel Glen Park within the neighborhood. The median Price of the homes is $644,546 with the average rental rate of $2,384. The majority of the residences are multifamily buildings.
